Des Moines, Iowa — According to state and local economic development sources Kemin Industries plans to invest $8,000,000.00 to build out 15,000 square feet of new space in Des Moines. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1900 Scott Avenue in Des Moines, on or about July 1, 2021. According to the company website Kemin Industries is a global ingredient manufacturer that strives to sustainably transform the quality of life every day for 80 percent of the world with its products and services. The company supplies over 500 specialty ingredients for human and animal health and nutrition, pet food, aquaculture, nutraceutical, food technologies, crop technologies and textile industries.
