Infinimmune has raised $75 Million in new Series A funding

August 19, 2026 Craig Etkin

According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Infinimmune has raised $75 Million in new Series A funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.

Investors in the company’s current round of funding include: Regeneron Ventures, Playground Global, RA Capital Management, Goldcrest Capital, Forge Life Science Partners, Godfrey Capital, Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Everbright Biofund, Civilization Ventures, Pear VC

About Infinimmune
Infinimmune is a biotechnology company focused on developing human derived antibody medicines, using antibodies taken directly from the human immune system to treat disease. It describes itself as a human first antibody discovery and design company, holding what it calls the worlds largest database of millions of paired heavy and light chain antibody sequences and countless antibody variants sourced from a continuous pipeline of diverse healthy and diseased human donors. From this dataset, Infinimmune discovers and engineers next generation antibody therapeutics designed to be truly human, aiming for improved safety, efficacy, specificity, and overall developability compared with traditional animal derived or purely AI generated antibodies. The companys technology stack includes its Anthrobody platform, which enables high throughput screening of human memory B cells, and the GLIMPSE antibody language model, a large machine learning system trained on its proprietary human antibody data to accelerate discovery and optimization. Positioned as a pioneer in complete human antibody therapeutics, Infinimmune is building its own pipeline of drug candidates for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and also collaborates with major pharmaceutical partners to discover and advance novel human antibody drugs across multiple targets.
