Laredo, Texas — According to state and local development sources, City of Laredo plans to invest $1,200,000.00 to build out 3,031 square feet of new space in Laredo. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5202 Maher Ave. in Laredo, on or about December 1, 2027. According to the company website, The City of Laredo is a city with a current population of approximately 257,156 residents and is located on the north bank of the historic Rio Grande River (or Rio Bravo, as it is known in Mexico). Laredo is unique in that it is the only city to operate international bridges between two Mexican states.
