Prosper, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Cook Children’s Health Care System plans to invest $40,000,000.00 to build out 210,000 square feet of new space in Prosper. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4100 W. University Dr. in Prosper, on or about April 1, 2022.
