Baer Manufacturing to spend $15,700,000.00 to occupy 594,847 square feet of space in Georgetown Texas.
Georgetown, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Baer Manufacturing plans to invest $15,700,000.00 to build out 594,847 square feet of new space in Georgetown. The company plans to occupy the space at 5309 North Interstate 35 in Georgetown, on or about July 1, 2027. According to the company website, Baer Manufacturing is a division of Hunt Electric Corporation that provides prefabrication services for our existing construction projects. As a division of Hunt Electric Baer Manufacturings prefabrication production sets local standards producing industry-leading work. This provides a safer environment for assembly of electrical components, aims at saving time in the construction schedule, and yields a higher quality installation at a reduced cost to the project. Baer Manufacturing was established in 2020 when we opened a 150,000 square foot facility in Hudson, Wisconsin. This came after decades of experience with the same team leveraging prefabrication for every major project both locally and nationally that came through the doors of Hunt Electric. In March 2022 we broke ground and invested in another 250,000 square foot facility to increase our site to a total of 400,000 square feet of production space. Today, our new facility has features like 50 column spacing, 32 ceiling height, 30-ton overhead crane all to ensure we can fabricate any size and type of product needed for our customers.
