Syenta plans expansion in Tempe Arizona creating 200 new jobs.
Tempe, Arizona — According to state and local development sources, Syenta plans to build out 3,500 square feet of new space in Tempe. The company is creating 200 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to complete the expansion at ASU Research Park in Tempe, on or about December 1, 2026. According to the company website, Syenta is a company focused on AI computing hardware, describing itself as architecting the future of AI computing through its Localized Electrochemical Manufacturing (LEM) technology. Its core offering is an interconnect technology designed to remove the compute-memory interface bottleneck in AI systems. The company says its interconnects are sub-micron, manufactured on large packages greater than 1000 mm, and produced with a process that delivers three times the throughput of existing fabs. Syenta also highlights a new fabrication method that combines deposition and patterning into a single step using a stamp electrode and dielectric pattern to create localized electrochemical cells. The page emphasizes scalability, noting support for larger package sizes, panel-scale production, and high-volume manufacturing with significantly higher productivity than current technologies.
