Tensormesh has raised $20 Million in new Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Tensormesh has raised $20 Million in new Angel/Seed funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
Investors in the current round of funding include: AMD Ventures, CoreWeave, Nventures, Valley Capital Partners, and Laude Ventures.
About Tensormesh
Tensormesh is an AI inference optimization company that provides a caching-accelerated platform to make AI applications faster and dramatically cheaper to run by never charging customers twice for cached tokens. Centered on its LMCache technology and open, research-backed inference optimization, Tensormesh builds the caching layer for production AI, giving developers a production-ready caching control plane for repeated prompts, documents, tools, and workflow context so they can cut inference costs and scale context-heavy workloads. The company serves AI teams and enterprises running serverless and on-demand workloads, helping them reduce repeated model work, improve GPU efficiency, and run lower-cost workloads across different deployment environments. Tensormesh positions itself as the leader in caching-accelerated inference optimization for enterprise AI, and in May 2026 it announced $20 million in new funding from investors including AMD Ventures, CoreWeave, NVentures (NVIDIAs venture arm), Valley Capital Partners, and Laude Ventures, bringing its total funding to $24.5 million. Founded by the creators of LMCache, Tensormesh focuses on turning cutting-edge research into core infrastructure for AI, offering tools, documentation, and a benchmarking CLI so teams can evaluate and optimize their inference performance using its platform.
