Pendleton, South Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Clemson University plans to invest $6 Million to build out 21,000 square feet of new space in Pendleton. The company plans to occupy the new space at 184 & 186 Starkey Road in Pendleton, on or about April 1, 2027. According to the company website, Clemson University is a public land-grant research university near Clemson, South Carolina, United States. Founded in 1889, Clemson is the second-largest university by enrollment in South Carolina.
