Arlington, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Trinity River Authority plans to invest $54 Million to build out 67,800 square feet of new space in Arlington. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5101 S Collins Street in Arlington, on or about August 1, 2028. According to the company website, The Trinity River Authoritys mission is to promote conservation, reclamation, protection and development of the natural resources of the river basin for the benefit of the public.
