Miami, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Intersect Power plans to invest $400 Million to build out 761,000 square feet of new space in Miami. The company plans to occupy the new space at 8850 Co. Rd. 21 in Miami, on or about May 1, 2028. According to the company website, A broken grid. An AI boom.
