Temple, Texas — According to state and local development sources, East Penn Manufacturing plans to invest $110 Million to build out 175,000 square feet of new space in Temple. The company is creating 48 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5101 Wendland Rd in Temple, on or about December 1, 2027.
