NeuBird AI Raises $19.3 Million To Scale Agentic AI Across Enterprise Production Operations

NeuBird AI Raises $19.3 Million To Scale Agentic AI Across Enterprise Production Operations

April 14, 2026 Craig Etkin

Organizations report spending 40% of their time on managing incidents instead of product innovation, driving market demand for NeuBird AI’s Production Ops Agent

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NeuBird AI, creator of the leading agentic AI for production operations, today announced $19.3 million in an oversubscribed funding round led by new investor Xora Innovation with participation from existing investors Mayfield, StepStone Group, Prosperity7 Ventures and M12, Microsoft’s venture fund. The company will use the capital to accelerate product innovation, aggressively scale its global go-to-market efforts and expand accessibility for enterprise DevOps, SRE and IT operations teams, as enterprises running complex, multi-cloud infrastructure need to shift focus from reactive patching to proactive resolutions.

“In the age of AI, software production environments are evolving in complexity at an unprecedented pace, resulting in exponential challenges in reliability and incident resolution. NeuBird’s production ops agent has demonstrated best-in-class results across accuracy, speed and token consumption across complex enterprise systems,” said Phil Inagaki, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Xora. “Gou and Vinod have successfully built and scaled three enterprise infrastructure companies previously, and have lived the problems they are solving. We’re excited to partner with them as they become the critical intelligence layer powering reliability across modern digital infrastructure.”

According to the 2026 State of Production Reliability and AI Adoption Report, engineers spend an average of 40% of their time managing incidents rather than building. With NeuBird AI, engineers can reclaim this time lost to firefighting and troubleshooting. The top challenges teams face are alert fatigue and insufficient automation leading to engineering burnout, with almost 80% of companies reporting that up to half of their on-call engineers report incident-related burnout symptoms.

“Enterprise IT, SRE and DevOps teams are under mounting pressure to maintain uptime, simplify incident management and innovate faster,” said Gou Rao, Co-founder and CEO of NeuBird AI. “However, modern infrastructure generates an unrelenting flood of alerts, logs and telemetry signals across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and the tools most teams rely on still require engineers to manually correlate, investigate and remediate incidents. The result is alert fatigue, slower innovation and a disproportionate amount of skilled engineering time lost to troubleshooting.”

NeuBird AI is redefining production operations by replacing reactive, manual workflows with an autonomous production ops agent that reasons across telemetry sources, correlates signals and delivers root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation in real time, without waiting for an engineer. Unlike point solutions that address alert noise in isolation, NeuBird AI acts as an always-on expert engineer with full infrastructure context, applying domain expertise and continuous learning to resolve incidents.

Today, NeuBird AI also announced NeuBird AI Falcon, the next generation engine powering its production ops agent. It extends NeuBird AI’s purview beyond incident resolution to deliver end-to-end production operations capabilities including predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization.

“Every engineer we’ve talked to describes the same problem: they spend the majority of their time responding to incidents rather than building,” said Vinod Jayaraman, Co-founder and CTO of NeuBird AI. “This productivity loss is not sustainable. With this funding, we’re focused on putting AI production ops agents into the hands of more enterprise teams, faster and with lower friction than ever before. We’re moving into a world where engineering teams need to prevent IT operations issues before they escalate, and NeuBird AI is how enterprises get there.”

Since its product became generally available in December 2024, NeuBird AI has progressed from POCs into production across a growing base of enterprise deployments, delivering measurable value and accelerating adoption. Customers have resolved over 1 million alerts, saved over $2 million in engineering hours and achieved up to 90% reduction in mean time to resolution.

The funding follows a series of milestones that underscore NeuBird AI’s rapid enterprise traction. The company recently appointed Venkat Ramakrishnan, a former Everpure executive and leader who helped scale Portworx from Series A through its acquisition, as President and COO to further accelerate commercial growth. NeuBird AI has also earned the AWS Generative AI Competency in both Generative AI Applications and Infrastructure & Data, was selected for the AWS Generative AI Accelerator and joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, backed by M12, Microsoft’s venture arm. These partnerships provide NeuBird AI with preferred access to Azure and AWS enterprise customer networks as it scales globally.

Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
