Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Richardson Independent School District plans to invest $1.06 Billion to build out 198,200 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 10330 Lawler Drive in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2029. According to the company website Founded in 1854, Richardson ISD is located in Dallas County, includes most of the city of Richardson, and portions of the cities of Dallas and Garland. RISD is comprised of 54 campuses that serve more than 39,600 students.
