New Braunfels, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Alamo Colleges District plans to invest $8,500,000.00 to build out 58,370 square feet of new space in New Braunfels. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2049 Sundance Parkway in New Braunfels, on or about October 1, 2026.
